UK IDEA was formed in 2001, originally to research business creativity, and to teach skills to businesses. In a surprisingly short time, we discovered four key factors essential to idea creation. Building on extensive research work of others, we were able to express team creativity in a mathematical form. This scientific discovery led to our abilities to build better creative teams, both for us and our clients. Over time we developed the IDEA mnemonic. This encapsulates a complete process for long term innovation improvements in any business. Today, IDEA is our company logo. The design, like our company continues to change. We have added services, skills, and tools that drive innovation to new levels. We started with one-day seminars, and now work in partnership with companies for the long term.
